Barbara Marx-Hubbard, Futurist, Founder of the Foundation for Conscious Evolution Her most recent book is Emergence, Conscious Evolution Gateway AN EXCITING INVITATION! We are becoming an "evolutionary learning community." Streams of knowledge are flooding into us from our own members' teachings, and a growing number of colleagues that are working with us such as Don Beck, Bela H. Banathy, Dee Hock, Aleco Christakis, Paul Ray, and others. In talking with Barry Soble the other night, we realized that each of these strands of learning are connected. Together, with others, they compose a vital field of knowledge that can aid us in our quest to discover: What will happen when this community experiences its potential for conscious evolution? We talked about the possibility of forming an Evolutionary Learning Core Group that would learn from, synthesize, and help offer into the whole community what various ones of us are learning and or teaching seen as a whole new system. Would anyone be interested in this? I suggest that we start this community process with the work of Barry Soble. I attended his workshop "Speaking the Unspoken" and took the Assessments. I immediately began to apply this teaching in my relationships. I realized that this is not yet another workshop. It is an intrinsic set of tools that are vital to our shared purpose. How great it would be if as many as possible of us could take this workshop TOGETHER, and apply it to our shared purpose as a community.

Dr. Jeanie DeRousseau Eisen, Anthropologist, derousseau@aol.com I was continually surprised at how often I was to refer to his material, from "speaking the unspoken", to discovering the varieties of "passionate intent" in myself and my family. As I worked with the ideas and practices, accepting "what is" in myself and others, became less fuzzy and more possible. I could value myself more and recognize the critical voices in my head that kept saying, "not good enough". Some especially difficult relationships started to crack open and show themselves to be frustrated in communication, rather than impossible. Barry's gift, what he has learned through his lifetime of experience in business and personal relationships, will be an invaluable tool as we jell further into community, learning how to listen for the unspoken, how to welcome our differences.
